Autheona is a real-time intelligent verification platform designed for SaaS onboarding flows. The Service analyzes email addresses during user signup processes to detect typos, disposable domains, fraud risk indicators, domain health issues, and deliverability concerns.
The Service provides risk assessments, classification results, and related metadata via API or dashboard interfaces. Autheona does not send verification emails on behalf of customers unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
2.2 Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. User Account
3.1 Account Registration
To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your account information at all times.
3.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

- All activities conducted under your account

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.
